Getting around playtimeyoga.com is easy
There are few, convenient navigation tools at your service: 1. The main navigation MENU BAR on the left-hand side of the page (for every page); 2. The navigation bar on the right-hand side of the page (for most pages); 3. Yoga Store (Store Front) page; 4. The linking path - top of the page (for most pages); 5. BACK button. Anytime you want to get back to a page previously visited, you can simply click on your browser's Back button (Top-Left).
Using the Shopping Bag
To place an item in your shopping bag, simply click ADD to BAG button below the desired item. This doesn't mean you are making a purchase yet. It will allow you to later purchase the item if you wish. You will have plenty of opportunities to add products to, and subtract them from your shopping bag. By clicking on the VIEW BAG button, you can see details of the products in your shopping bag, change quantities, provide your zip code or delete any item that you desire. From there, you can choose to either Continue Shopping, which will take you back to the store, or Checkout. Shipping preferences will be shown during Checkout after your detailed shipping address information is provided. Please note:

an order is placed, we collect basic information including your name, home
address, phone, and email address. We use this
information to confirm your order and to respond to any questions you may have.
We use information provided strictly to process and ship your order.
Order confirmation
Once you have placed your order, using Add to Bag button, you will be shown a page that confirms your order, and you will also be sent an email with your order confirmation. Please, print that page and save it for your records.
If using our ORDER FORM, please list your items, your contact information as well as your questions you might have. After we confirm availability of each product, estimate your totals, you will be sent an email with the complete summary of your order. If you wish to complete your order, just let us know via email or phone. Our Customer Service Person will send you an invoice with a secure link to a PayPal payment page where you can safely and easily complete your purchase. Play Time Yoga does not collect or require your credit card information at any point. Also you do not need to have an account with PayPal while purchasing the product. Back orders
Unfortunately, some items that you wish to order may sometimes be temporarily out of stock. Although we will do everything we can to avoid this situation, if it does occur, we will proceed to send you the rest of your order and you will be notified by email about the back order and money return.
Sales tax
Play Time Yoga is based in Gig Harbor, Washington State; therefore we collect applicable state and local taxes (approx. 9.3%) for orders shipped to customers in the state of Washington. To know exact tax charge and your totals email us your order or contact us using BASIC ORDERING FORM here.
Return policy
We carefully select every brand and product that we sell. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product you received, we will be happy to give you a complete refund (shipping costs not included). Please email or phone us within 14 days of receiving your order, to let us know you wish to return or exchange an item. Valid only on orders purchased directly from Play Time Yoga. DVD and CD items must be unused and unopened to be accepted, clothing unworn. Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip and circle which items are being returned. Please help us serve you better by noting the reason for your return on the packing slip. Once we receive your returned product in unused condition, we will refund the original purchase price back to your credit card, or send you an exchange item, as per your request. As there could be an additional charge for shipping or exchanged product price difference, we will need to contact you to go over your payment options. All clearance items are final. Simply send us unused product(s), a copy of the invoice, and a copy of the packing slip included, with notes on the reason for the return to: Play Time Yoga, 4111 Burnham Dr, Gig Harbor, 98332, WA.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please call us immediately at 253.223.6621 and we will process a claim and/or replacement. Please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. Play Time Yoga must be informed within 7 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival. When we will notify you to send your damaged item back, please return the product with a copy of the packing slip to Play Time Yoga, 4111 Burnham Dr, Gig Harbor, 98332, WA. Please write the reason for the return on the packing slip. You will receive a refund for the product and shipping return costs to your credit card, and/or process an exchange if necessary. For damaged or defective products only, you may request a return mailing label via email by contacting order@playtimeyoga.com.
