:: New! Teen Hatha Yoga - 60 minutes of dynamic, fun & instructional asana workout, designed with a teenager in mind. Deep relaxation, yoga Nidra and lots of practical tips for better focus, memory enhancement, posture improvement, and anxiety relief.  

OUR YOGA PROGRAM includes all or some of following elements:

Welcome & Introduction, Warm-up, Simple breathing exercise, Asanas (poses) - weaved into a Story-time, Songs, Musical Circle, Games & Movement, Relaxation, Simple Meditation, Yoga related craft, Healthy Snack. Parents are welcome to drop the child off for the duration of 1 hour or join in and enjoy benefits of yoga with other 'little yogis'.

PROPS:

Bring your own mat and a water bottle. We will provide you with a mat and other yoga props if needed - free of charge. Our online store carry a large selection of yoga accesories. Email us if you have any questions regarding online or offline ordering.

FEES:

√  Casual - 1 class (drop-in): $14 per person;
√  $26 for pre-paid 4-class card;
√  $45 for pre-paid 6-class card;
√  50% discount for each sibling.
√  $35 one-on-one 1 hr session.

Camps, Workshops, Drop-ins and Class Series: Sign-up is required. Absence in class/session is non-refundable. Payment on-line, by phone or by check before the first class. Check(s) should be made payable to Play Time Yoga or Sylwia Jones, CCHYT (Certified Children's Yoga Teacher through Aura Wellness and Rainbow Kids Yoga.)
